ARMY NATIONAL GUARD
Center Flag Deployment & Trooper Hats

Embroidered with red, blue, and gold thread depending on your MOS on a black truckers baseball hat. The back half is netted with an adjustable size strap. The hat is truly personalized for the unit brigade embroidered on the bottom of the circle on all hats. On the right side of the hats are your regiments and on the left your MOS. On the top of the circle is your battalion and unit. In the center of the inside circle is a trooper flag or deployment flag (Afghanistan, Iraq, Kosovo, etc.) which can be clicked on to insert into the center.
These hats are easily recognized in grocery stores, restaurants, and any outdoor activity. Some of these unit hats go back 50 years or more to show your service. These hats will show your support for the Oregon National Guard to your city, community, and neighbors.

“I couldn’t be happier with my custom Oregon National Guard hat. The embroidery is top-notch and the details are exactly as I requested. It’s comfortable, durable, and I get compliments every time I wear it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to show their service with pride!”
“The quality blew me away. The colors are vibrant, the stitching is flawless, and it fits perfectly. I ordered one for myself and another for my dad who also served. He was so proud when he opened the box. Great work!”
– Angela T.
“I’ve bought plenty of hats over the years, but none compare to this one. The customization makes it personal and meaningful. The company even double-checked my battalion info before starting the embroidery. That attention to detail means a lot to veterans like me.”
– James W. (Retired Army)

About Heilig Hats
A couple years ago when I was driving Lyft, which I liked—meeting people and driving when I wanted or quit when I didn’t. I started thinking about something to do if I had any problems and couldn’t drive. So I bought an embroidery machine thinking of working at home if I had to. When I was driving around I noticed “hats are everywhere.” And I had just the machine to sew an image and text.
I thought I’ll make millions since everyone wears a hat. Well, I made a couple hundred hats for bars, weed stores, businesses that had a sign, and friends that took pity on me. I think I sold about five dozen. But I learned—looking at hats all day, Army hats all had big symbols and represented as many as 50,000 troops.
I thought, with that machine I can make personalized Oregon NG hats with brigade, MOS, battalion, and company. As it turned out, an embroidery machine is a very temperamental piece of equipment, so I made a couple hundred hats which ended up in the circular file. But I learned—and I learned very good—and now I can produce a quality NG embroidered baseball hat.
Now I have a startup company just like the big boys.
