At Heilig Hats, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- The original packaging and any included accessories must also be returned.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized hats made specifically to your order.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact us at info@heilighats.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions and a return authorization, if applicable.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your hat for a different design, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund is issued.
We do not currently offer direct product-for-product exchanges.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
